Carr, Lynch and Sandell was retained to help the new owner plan the redevelopment of an existing hotel in Southampton, Bermuda. The hotel and site needed revitalization after a devastating hurricane struck Bermuda. The plan included several site sensitive small projects in addition to the reprogramming and renovation of the existing building. Bermudian rental housing, affordable home-ownership and high-end single-family homes will be integrated across the majestic site to minimize site impact and take advantage of the views.
