Carr, Lynch and Sandell was retained by Modern Continental Construction, Inc. to renovate an existing five-story, 80,000 sf industrial building on the Charles River for their corporate headquarters. The project included the addition of a 6th floor penthouse, rental office space, a day care center, and excavation of the existing lower level to accommodate a new dining and food service area. The renovation features a new lobby, executive office suites, and a boardroom with panoramic views of Boston. Open air terraces and balconies allow occupants access to the outdoors and views of the historic Charles River.
