Carr, Lynch and Sandell developed a master plan and design guidelines for the 18-acre mixed use Sherwood Plaza. This master plan enabled the Plaza owners and local municipality to plan future changes which will enhance the economic viability of the development, define and improve the image of the entire Plaza, improve and increase the soft landscape provision, and improve traffic management and access from adjacent roads. In addition, CLS has renovated each of the store fronts as tenants have turned over. The improvements are designed to update the building, rationalize the existing structural overlays and improve visibility for the individual merchants.
