Jim Sandell was the developer and architect for the design and development of twenty eight semi-attached cluster units. This project demonstrated an approach to siting that allowed 60% of the land to remain in conservation while significantly decreasing infrastructure costs. Jim Sandell worked with the south Natick planning board to write a new cluster by-law for the town that would permit implementation of the project.
