Carr, Lynch and Sandell was engaged by Inly School to develop a campus and new building master plan for their independent toddler through eighth grade 250-student Montessori school. Currently the school is in a number of residential scale buildings and temporary classroom structures scattered over the steeply sloped site. The school’s objective was to provide a more unified setting that would reflect the Mission Statement, ensure accessibility throughout the campus, provide opportunities for indoor/outdoor and cross-grade teaching and allow for expansion. The final plan, to be implemented in phases, extends from the existing art building.
