Boston Latin School was originally built in the 1920's. The project which began with a simple scope of work consisting primarily of deferred exterior brick masonry re-pointing, which transitioned into a complete review and assessment of all exterior masonry walls, all window units and the entire roofing system. New wood counterweighted windows were installed in a number of the openings as a test with the view of replacing all of the windows over time.
